As a Paralegal, you will provide essential support to our attorneys in various legal matters. Requirements

  • Extensive computer and database expertise;
  • Paralegal Associates Degree or other relevant certification;
  • All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills;
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
  • Familiarity with bates not required but would be helpful;
  • Familiarity with outlook not required but helpful;
  • Spanish Speaking

Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys with legal research, document preparation, and case management;
  • Organize and maintain legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, and exhibits;
  • Conduct factual research and gather relevant information for cases;
  • Prepare and file legal documents with courts and administrative agencies;
  • Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in legal proceedings;
  • Schedule meetings, hearings, and appointments for attorneys;
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to ethical standards.
